Payments/Cancellations/Billing Questions and Answers:

  • What are your procedures for payment? We require payment before we can schedule your tutoring sessions. We will email a receipt to you using the card we have on file.

  • Which forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We give a 3% discount for check and cash payments made for all tutoring sessions.

  • When do your packages expire? All of our packages expire one calendar year from the date of purchase.

  • Are your packages refundable? We do not offer refunds on packages.

  • Can I share package hours among siblings? Yes!

  • What is your cancellation policy for tutoring and for consultations?

    • We have a DAY BEFORE, 5:30PM! cancellation policy, via email or phone submission!

      • We expect our tutors to show up/be committed to their students (unless they are sick, or an emergency) therefore we need to pay them for their time when students miss sessions within that window.

  • What if my student is sick? If your student is sick, the DAY BEFORE, 5:30PM, cancellation policy will remain in effect.

  • What if my tutor is sick? If your tutor is sick, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule

    • There is no charge to your account.
