Diagnostic Tests

FAQ

  • Do you offer online tests? Our ISEE and SSAT diagnostic tests are available either on paper or online via the Test Innovators company. Our HSPT diagnostic tests are paper only.

  • Do you offer extra time or other accommodations? Yes, happy to do so! Please let us know when you register with Academic Trainers that your student will need accommodations and/or extra time! In order to provide for this, we need to notify the proctor so they can accommodate.  If we don’t receive this important notification, we may not be able to accommodate at that specific test, but can do so at a later test. *We offer this at no extra cost.

  • Does my student need to bring anything? We have all of the supplies at our center! Your student is welcome to bring a snack for the short breaks during the test.

  • Will I be able to review the questions my student missed? Yes! You'll be able to review each question in addition to viewing an assessment of your student's overall progress. Your student is also able to retake the test online as many times as you like.

  • How accurate are your diagnostic tests compared to the actual tests? Test Innovators regularly receives and implements feedback from students who have taken the actual test. Consequently, their tests are extremely close to the official ISEE and SSAT.

  • What if I've already purchased the Test Innovators exams? We can print one of your pre-purchased tests so your student is able to take it under proctored conditions at our center. Our proctoring fee is $65 per proctored testing session.
